Nut Rotary Ball Screw S1 Series

  • The nut and the support bearing are integrally formed, so the nut is small in size, the contact angle of the support bearing is 45 °, and it can withstand large axial loads, and has a combination of high precision.

  • As long as the nut is locked with the bearing seat with a screw, a nut-type rotary ball screw mechanism can be easily obtained.

Cool Type-2 Ball Screw

  • The principle of the Cool Type ball screw product series is to reduce the heat source generation and thermal expansion phenomenon when the ball screw is operating at high speed through the forced cooling liquid in the nut to achieve the purpose of high speed and high precision.

  • The liquid circulates in the cooling space designed in the nut, and performs heat exchange with the cooler shown in Figure 8.8.
